GreenCo Property Consultants (GreenCo) was founded in 1997 to provide expert and professional property services to the Australian Retail, Commercial and Industrial markets.

The primary goal and focus is to give our clients the most up to date market identification and analysis of available opportunities backed by our excellent negotiation skills.

This allows us to cover 100% of the market and provide a brief to all real estate agents in the market. GreenCo only represent tenants and our service is streamlined towards maximizing a tenant’s position in the market supported by detailed structured documentation and research.

Daniel Ettorre has 18 years of retail, commercial and industrial property advisory experience and is the Director of GreenCo. He is the senior lease negotiator. Daniel completed a Bachelor of Property Economics at UTS which enables him to carry out roles including valuing, licensing as a real estate, leasing and business agent, property analyst, property manager, asset and portfolio manager or business agent. The Australian Property Institute; Real Estate Institute of NSW; Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors; Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers recognise and respect this course as the highest property degree in Australasia.
Daniel has been responsible for the growth of GreenCo since 1999 as a company and is passionate about providing property services to his clients. He also is responsible for negotiating hundreds of leasing deals annually including managing strategic roll outs for International and national retail brands, some with over 150 stores in Australia and New Zealand. A number of international and national retailers have been represented by GreenCo for over eighteen years.
(B. Business (Property Economics UWS)
Jimmy Allen has been with GreenCo since 2004 and is the Director of Leasing. He is a licensed real estate agent and valuer. Jimmy’s background is in corporate consulting, commercial leasing, valuation and asset management. He has over 17 years retail, commercial and industrial property experience.
Jimmy is responsible for managing the lease portfolio of clients and determining strategies to expand their store network in Australia and New Zealand. Jimmy has been responsible for rolling out Bed Bath N Table into the New Zealand market, Thr1ve and Nude Fish Poke in Australia amongst many other retailers. He has an in depth knowledge of the market negotiating lease renewals, sourcing and driving new store growth and managing commercial property requirements for his clients, whilst minimising their occupancy costs. Jimmy frequently provides solutions for property dilemmas faced by GreenCo’s clients on a day to day basis for stores in high street and Shopping Centre locations.
